MindCards does not display ads or sell your data.
Information used by the app
Minimal personal data may be processed for support and anonymous analytics (for example, installation counts).
Messages sent through this website
When you use the feedback form, you share the category you select and the message you write. We also record the submission date and an identifier to prevent duplicate notes. The form does not ask for a name, email address or phone number.
Storage and access
Messages are stored in this website’s private database, separate from the app’s decks and study data. The feedback inbox requires authentication and authorization by the MindCards administration.
How we use your feedback
Messages are used to review suggestions, understand problems and improve MindCards. They may be marked as read or resolved for organization and remain in the private inbox until they are deleted.
